By using jl10, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jl10 ("Platform") and any individual ("Player" or "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl10 online gaming platform available at jl10.org and its associated mobile applications, subdomains, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By clicking "Register", completing account registration, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the jl10 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease access to the Services and must not use the jl10 platform in any capacity.
jl10 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this document.
2. Eligibility
Use of jl10 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced by jl10. Registration by or on behalf of any individual under 21 is absolutely prohibited.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is lawful. jl10 operates under PAGCOR licensing and primarily serves players within the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. You must not be under guardianship or subject to any court order restricting your contractual capacity.
- Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order through jl10 or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion register.
- Single account: Each natural person may hold only one jl10 account at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.
jl10 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during account registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, or following a period of heightened transaction activity.
3. Account Registration & KYC Verification
To access real-money gaming features on jl10, you must complete the account registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
3.1 Registration Information Required
jl10 requires the following information to open an account: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, Philippine mobile number (for OTP verification and account security), email address, and a secure password of your choosing.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended), jl10 conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID Card, Driver's Licence, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, and Philippine National ID (PhilSys).
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. jl10 will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify jl10 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Accuracy
You must ensure that your registered name precisely matches the name on your identified payment method (including your registered GCash or PayMaya account). Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or the requirement to submit additional identity documentation.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Currency
All transactions on jl10 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). jl10 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. Any currency conversion that may occur at your payment provider's end is solely your responsibility and cost.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
jl10 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and InstaPay-enabled bank accounts. Available payment methods are subject to change and are displayed within your jl10 account wallet at the time of transaction.
4.3 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on jl10 is โฑ100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per time period. Specific limits are displayed within the deposit flow in your account wallet.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1โ3 business days depending on the receiving institution. jl10 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts established under PAGCOR's AML compliance obligations.
4.5 Prohibited Transactions
You must not use any payment method that is not in your own name or that is funded by third-party sources without jl10's prior written consent. Deposits made through fraudulent, unauthorised, or disputed payment instruments will result in account suspension and the reporting of the transaction to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jl10 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, or other incentives to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all jl10 promotions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. jl10 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion.
- Bonus funds must be wagered according to the stated wagering requirement before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
- Attempting to exploit, circumvent, or abuse promotional offers โ including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion โ constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
- jl10 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
- Promotional terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and expiry periods, are specified per promotion. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding these terms before accepting any promotional offer.
6. Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on jl10 โ including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, and other e-games โ are provided by internationally accredited gaming studios whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and live game equipment are independently certified and audited by recognised testing laboratories operating under standards accepted by PAGCOR.
6.1 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication disruption that affects the outcome of a game round, jl10 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any wager placed on that round to the Player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jl10 accepts no liability for loss of winnings arising from a game malfunction that is outside jl10's reasonable control.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP)
Published RTP figures for slot games on jl10 represent the theoretical long-term statistical return calculated over millions of game rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee any specific outcome, payout, or return during any individual session. Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes in independently drawn game rounds.
6.3 Game Rules Precedence
Where jl10 publishes specific game rules for any title in the game library, those rules govern the conduct of that specific game. In cases of conflict between published game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific game rule is expressly stated to override.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl10 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:
- Registering an account on behalf of another person, or operating an account on behalf of an undisclosed third party
- Opening more than one jl10 account (whether under the same or different identity details)
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation during registration or KYC verification
- Using the platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law including RA 9160 as amended
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players
- Colluding with other players on live casino tables or any multiplayer game format
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following the use of deposited funds for real-money gaming
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl10 staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel
- Attempting to access jl10's systems, databases, or source code without authorisation
8. Responsible Gaming
jl10 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Players. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jl10 is obligated to maintain and enforce responsible gaming practices aligned with PAGCOR's Player Protection Framework.
8.1 Age Restriction
jl10 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all account holders and players. Age verification is conducted during KYC. If jl10 has reason to believe that an account holder is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any balance held will be returned to the source payment method.
8.2 Player Protection Tools

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the jl10 platform โ including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface elements, text, and underlying code โ is the exclusive property of jl10 and its licensors, protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jl10 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any jl10 content without prior written authorisation from jl10.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
jl10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
By using jl10, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jl10 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. This includes the use of your data for account management, transaction processing, KYC/AML compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided the relevant consent).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jl10, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
- Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your account arising from your failure to maintain account security
- Outcomes of any game or wager placed on the jl10 platform, whether or not technical issues occurred
- Interruptions, delays, or failures in jl10 services caused by factors outside jl10's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider issues, or force majeure events
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl10's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
jl10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct described in Section 7
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
- Compliance with a PAGCOR directive, court order, or other regulatory or legal obligation
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2
Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, jl10 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account to the extent permitted by law and PAGCOR regulations. Where termination is initiated by the Player without cause, any unwagered real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC review.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the first instance, any disputes, complaints, or concerns relating to your jl10 account or any transaction on the platform should be directed to jl10 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. jl10 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through jl10's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has regulatory oversight over jl10's operations and maintains a Player Dispute Resolution process for licensees under its jurisdiction.
You agree that, prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you will exhaust jl10's internal complaints process and, where applicable, PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law.
14. Amendments to These Terms
jl10 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes by posting a notice on the jl10 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the jl10 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jl10 operates under a gaming licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended, and PAGCOR's enabling regulations.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jl10's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
